Read this.

Women especially. Men, you should read it too, and then respect us more.

Thanks to my lovely gimpy roommate for that link.

That was great. Exactly what I needed to read.

James gets really nervous when I start craving chocolate and he freaks out and tells me I always freak him out when I'm on my period. What am I supposed to say to that? "Jesus Christ, James, I'm oozing blood! Don't you think you would act a little strange?"

My last boyfriend figured out my rhythms, and told me that he would be as understanding as possible, but he didn't want to see ANY physical reminders (eg. stuff left in the bathroom, etc.).
I started leaving a box of tampons on top of his FHMs to make a point:)

Beautiful.

An ex boyfriend once told me he could never trust "anything that bleeds for seven days and doesn't die" but oddly enough, he was always really sweet about it. He's the one who figured out that my low back cramps go away if he would just have me lie on my stomach and he'd knead them out while we watched movies. ...ahhh I miss those back kneads. Could've used one last week. :)

He actually also would go on runs to the store for me, buy tampons whenever I needed them. Such a sweetheart, even remembered my brand. And size. Hah. There's one size guys don't usually make an effort to figure out with the shoes and clothing. :)
