'Tentpole' is a movie industry term for a Big Movie For The Year. Iron Man, The Dark Knight, Star Trek, these were tentpole movies. An 'action tentpole' is an action movie that's going to be a centerpierce movie.

Yeah, I heard about Highlander. It's what prompted me to bring over my movies to Kristian's as the discussion about the new movie went straight to nostalgia. Also, Gordon still hasn't seen Endgame. I hope they do a good job, but I'm not expecting much. Frankly the best thing to happen to Highlander was the anime movie that Imagi and Madhouse put together.

There is also an A-Team movie in the works, which leaves me scared and conflicted.
