My internets friend Aunt Becky has brought me to tears, and that's hard to do. Her youngest son Alex's 1st birthday is this Sunday, and instead of buying him gifts that she feels he doesn't need - She's making some wonderful and selfless donations to 2 very important non-profits. That is very nice of her and I am glad to see someone doing that. People buy way too much toys for their kids when they could be doing something like this as well.

I forgot to mention that my sister is in an organization similar to the girl scouts run by our church and they are going to be at the march of dimes walk with their drum corp. playing to cheer the walkers on and some of them will be walking as well.
