A man involved in a nearly 10-hour standoff with Tucson police was found dead inside a condo on the East Side, an official said Friday.
No officers fired their guns during the incident, which began Thursday after 4:30 p.m. at a condo at 8080 E. Speedway, near North Pantano Road, police said
