"McCain says racism will barely affect election"

That's 'cause all the racists are already voting for Obama. Polls say aruond 90% of all blacks in America are voting for Obama while whites are split about even between the two cadidates.

90% - up from the usual 80% that usually vote Democratic, so there's the context. There some voting for Obama because he's black - and I agree, never a good idea - but that isn't the main part of the story.

So if 80% of all whites vote conservative and they finally clone and put Hitler back in power bringing that vote to 90%, that must mean that Obama is the black Hitler!! OMG!!!

It's no wonder why McCain would use a slogan like "Straight Talk" to head his campaign, you liberal assholes can put words to anything.

Socialist asshole, please.

No Hitler running in this election. Not even if Sarah Palin sticks on a silly little moustache. The point is that few simply vote for someone just because they look the same. Being from a certain group helps a candidate with them, but not always enough to matter. Having mentioned Palin, she's an excellent example of this. She was supposed to be someone American women would identify with and therefore want to vote for. The polling suggests it hasn't worked out that way.
