Well, I didn't get cast in anything at all this semester. Not even the New Play Festival. I didn't even get called back for anything at all. Does this come as a surprise to me? Not really. I suck at auditioning. I never feel quite right while doing it. I can't even be confidant in my acting anymore to tell you the truth. I get told by

look for area stunt opprotunities, do a theater at four, work crews to teach stunt stuff...whatevah.
sure you're entitled to be bitter...for like, two days. If you let your bitterness eat at you, then your auditions progressively get worse because you have a grudge wearing you down.
How do you think I got into writing reviews? :)
talk to the profs, if you can, about your audition. if you ask student directors, ask the ones you really trust. some aren't mature enough to be honest with you. (not being mean-it's just a fact)
