Bummer. We also get the "maybe if I keep calling and asking different people I will get a different answer" clients, and it is so tiresome.

Yeah, this is clearly a thing, and I could understand if there was even a sliver of doubt, but sometimes, people seem to call again and again over things that are set in stone. And this is frustrating, especially when you have a ton of other stuff to do which you *can* actually change.

In our case it's usually pretty clearly "dad said no but maybe mom will say yes" kind of rules-skirting. And, worse, if 6 people tell an agent "no" and then the 7th tells them "yeah, I think we can do that maybe?" they'll kick and scream at a supervisor (me) for twenty minutes in hopes we'll honor the error.
