Oh yeah, bernie mac is playing the role of a retired baseball player to had a record of 3000 hits...however after he retired, owns his own shopping plaza, and is awaiting to be put in the hall of fame, finds out that records indicate that he only has 2799 hits which forces him to go back into the big leagues and get his 3 hits he needs to be mr 3000 again....its a pretty orginal idea
