Cause I saw that guy and I had caught the same looking pants he is wearing while fishing, (yeah, he's actually wearing pants. It's called a "subligar." If I were to unequip everything, he'd actually be more dressed, lmao) and decided to put them on because we already had the same vest on, lol.
