Ok so I read on Yahoo.com a few rumors floating about the new villain in Batman 3. My own personal feelings on the matter aside (Harvey Dent's death was waaaaay too easy and Aaron Eckhart way too good!) aside, I like all these ideas very much so if any of them are true i'll be cool with it. You can actually see Rachel catch on fire before she blows up. I believe Dent can but Rachel no. As much as I love Angie, I hope she isn't in this movie.

Johnny can do anything so I'm fine with that.

PSH as the penguin = Major lolz :D
But I also heard Nolan said he isn't going to bring in the Penguin.

I hate it how Angelina Jolie keeps getting roles because of her looks. I bet there's a bunch of lesser-known but much more talented women who could play Catwoman better than her.

Agreed! Although I myself was kind of hoping Nolan would stay away from catwoman due to that EEEEEEEVILLLLLLL Halley Barrie movie

Fail on all three accounts. :P

Personally, I don't want Johnny Depp (even though I love him) or Angelina Jolie anywhere NEAR a future Batman movie, and Chris Nolan has already said in many, many interviews that he's NOT doing the Penguin. So. That is that.

BUT I think either the Riddler or Catwoman would work well in Nolanverse... as long as they were complete unknowns. Or somebody who would least likely be those characters, like Heath and the Joker. Big names like Depp and Jolie do not work for superhero movies.

Also, Maggie was SUCH a better Rachel than Katie Holmes was, so I'd like that, too.
Nobody could match Heath's performance, but I think someone like Johnny Depp could be the next best thing. Though for some reason I doubt that will happen.

See, I hate them both too but I hate Katie Holmes more of the two. And it's not so much about the actress. I just worship the idea of Rachel being Catwoman. I do agree with everyone who says nobody could survive that, but hey this is a comic book fandom at its core and people randomly get brought back from the dead all the time
