Why, hello, LJ. It's been quite some time. Yes, I know I've had almost no substantial post practically since I began grad school. But don't guilt me, how are you? I'm glad you are doing well, and that you are treating my friends and family well. Me? Oh, you shouldn't ask about me, I'm not that interesting. It's same old, same old with me. Oh, well

Yeah, that's kind of how I felt about LA after a while. Granted, there was much more to do, but sociology-wise it was just as alien. I knew that once I back in the Tri-State area, even if I lived bi-coastally due to work, my home base would always be here. Let me know next time you're local. I'd love to see you.
