I seriously doubt anyone even comes back to this journal ahahshdshasghshkdlasfde.

But anyhow, I have a slight question regarding Sims 3. Is World Adventures even worth getting or...??? I'd rather buy Supernatural, ngl. I'm being swayed by the zombies. I love zombies. It's my life-long dream to have a pet zombie. I'm a strange person.

I loved Bon ( Read more... )

World Adventures isn't very interesting, no. However, the problem with not getting it is that if you ever have the urge to get a CC house or a CC world, a lot of them require World Adventures for the stuff that comes with it. It kind of sucks, but that's the way it goes.

Wow, yeah that's pretty lame. But I'm still leaning towards Supernatural since it interests me far more. WELL, if I see some custom cc that I really like to the point of insanity, I guess I'll think about getting World Adventures sometime.

Wow, you really got into Sims 3 didn't you? Myself, I could never get used to the way the faces look in various preview vids and pics I've seen, especially on ugly Sims. Just wondering, but do you still play Sims 2 at all? As for Supernatural, I can't recommend getting it enough. I myself can't afford it right now, or I would.

I got into it, and then made the mistake of installing a bunch of expansion packs. Apparently my laptop is disagreeing with me on that, which is strange because the old desktop computer never gave a fuss about all of the Sims 2 expansions being installed. I'm guessing it's just a Sims 3 thing. I haven't really played it since, haha. I'll probably end up just having one or two installed at a time or something. Like, my favorite ones.

The faces aren't that bad if you know how to customize them to make them unique. Strangely enough, I haven't seen many sims who had facial features that I disagreed with. But that's just my opinion, ehehe.

I play Sims 2 whenever I'm in the mood for it. If I'm not, it's usually not fun for me.

I think the thing about all Sims games is that they just weren't made for laptops. So if you get a PC, you can transfer your data once you've installed them on it.

So no Goopy in Sims 3? Or some of those ugly big-nosed, fat-lipped, huge-mouthed townies? I actually installed clean and empty neighborhoods, and an issue I'm having is a huge lack of teens. Also, something else that's happening, check out the details in my comment to my post here. Let me know if you know how to fix it btw. Or the other issue too, since I really can't seem to get my Sims to do the new interactions such as Classic Dance, Peek-A-Boo and other things like that.

Yeah, I don't think they were either. But they're definitely not made for the old thing I used to play Sims 2 on either, so the laptop here is the best I've got at the moment. I could install Sims 3 onto the computer downstairs if I get my brother's permission. It's a computer that he constructed himself, or at least the tower he made anyhow. He uses his huge tv as a monitor, haha. As far as I know, it's pretty damn efficient.

I haven't seen anyone resembling Goopy so far, I think? And are you talking about Sims 2 with that problem you're having? I don't think I've encountered a problem where there's too few children/teens. They would bring home kids from school frequently and stuff.

As for the missing actions, they might be ones that either require enough relationship gain, or it's the result of a conflicting mod. I can't say that I've had the same problem, so I don't know what else to say.
