Celeste. Good news, bad news.
Bad news is it'll be about a day before you see Karis again.
Good news is that if you wanna pick up her armor for her, it might stay put in the casino where she left it.
Extra good news is that the idiot responsible is also in the casino, trussed up tight. Gagged, hands bound. No fancy spells out of him for the moment

Look. There are zombies involved. I sincerely doubt there will be much left.

*hmmm.*
What if it's to save her fucking life, hm? You going to keep this stupid little vendetta going even if it fucks her over?

So, Karis is dead then.
Karis... you idiot...
She shuffles slowly into the casino, literally shaking in fear, knowing what she's approaching. Sure, Erol said he'd already messed him up, and was saving him for her. But Erol probably doesn't have any idea just what the priest could do to her.
She brings her hands to her mouth in nervousness, scratching at her stitches. There he is, half-covered in blood, tied to a machine. There's Erol.
There's Karis' armor.
Staying far back, she says loud enough for Erol to hear:]
...what happened?
[And her eyes are locked on Glaukir in the meantime.]

Hnf. Fuck her. Erol never was one to bow to threats. It was an annoyance more than anything. ))
Not much to tell. When I came in she had her claws in his throat. Then he...
(( Erol shutters his eyes, thinking. ))
... Mmm, placed his hand against her stomach and said a word. Sounded like "smite." She sort of.... burnt up in a flash of white light.
(( He takes Glaukir's jaw, sniffs disdainfully, pushes it aside. ))
Safe to say he can't do it twice in a row, or trussed up like this; else he'd have tried if on me I think. I don't know, they don't have this Holy Man nonsense where I'm from.

Glaukir wiggles his hand in hello to Celeste.]

One boot in front of the other, her skeleton frame stalks over on impossibly thin legs, teetering with full control like a person on stilts. If she gets too close, he can reach her with a smite, too. She knows this. But somehow, right now, it just doesn't seem to matter.
He's a dead man, no matter what Celeste does to him. It's not often that Celeste lusts for blood, she's a killer by profession, not out of hobby like Erol or Dexter. But the urge is there. Now is one of those times.]
He can't hurt you with what he did to Karis.
[Her voice is emotionless, but there's strain there, too. She's still afraid.
One more nervous step, a small one, and then she moves closer, standing right at his side. Her yellow eyes are narrow slits, her chipped teeth are grinding.]
