I will be slaying the moving beast (hopefully) shortly. Afterwards, I would be happy to gift you with its carcas, which is largely constructed of moving boxes. Provided you'll be in the Providence area with a vehicle any time soon. Perhaps you can come down for prep with Katie and I!

If tedshubris is unable to provide boxen, swing by your Friendly Neighborhood Supermarket in the evening when they're re-stocking shelves and ask. They may be willing/able to give you a pile of them. My last move was conducted almost entirely using Trader Joe's boxen. Do go towards the beginning of the re-stocking cycle, though; at least at the TJ's I asked at, they crush and bundle the empties immediately--I was lucky that one of the restockers offered to set a bunch aside for me.

Home Depot is good for boxes of uniform useful sizes if you're willing to pay for them. Liquor stores and supermarkets are also good for free boxes. Of course, my preference is to spend the money and have bins. Then they're useful for other stuff too.

Depending on the timing of your trip, we may be trading places. I'm planning on being in Boston either the end of May or the beginning of June.
