I'm willing to wager that the ipod probably has a far superior interface, which is what's important.

I'll give it the sexy factor though.

Actually, I've heard the iPod mini has a bad interface.

It's just a D-pad with a button in the middle.

The iRiver has a thing similar to Zen Touch (Like in the original iPod)

As for the GUI and organization, my IMP-400 has a pretty good one, and I'd expect the H10 to have a better one.

I haven't seen the mini's GUI...

I’m not saying the mini looks all that good either but I just don’t like that almost 50's look that the iRiver is going for these days. I was definitely into the old iRiver design the H100 classy, sleek, black but from the H300 on it just doesn’t appeal to me.
