I'm going to be 25 on January 22nd. Should I have accomplished more in my life by now? Should I be well into my lifelong career? nothing wrong with nodding and smiling, and they say that petting the kitty lowers your blood pressure. so that's cool. and everyone knows how much fun stroking the pussy is.

re: life accomplishments:
pshaw. or, rather, here's one: you ever see dangerous minds? michelle pfeiffer? that coolio song gansta's paradise? well, in it she says that it's way harder to keep an A than to get an A in the first place. getting an A you just need to work real hard once, for a short time, but keeping it requires longterm commitment, dedication, blah blah blah. the same goes for holding down a job, having an apartment, and maintaining personal relationships. a hundred thousand hobos the world over will tell you, man, it's just a drag. so way to go!

My only response to this would be that I've spent x energy to get where I am now and I've dedicated x energy to maintain this position... There's no answer to my question really, sometimes I'm just more restless than usual, ya know? See you at the tournament next week =)

I would say where you are is a good accomplishment. You are independant and you seem to take good care of yourself. You might have a general idea which you could begin to pursue through school or internship ( ... )

The desire to do something will only get worse... I think part of being human is feeling like there is always something more you "should" be doing.
