I've been cooking meals a lot lately, perhaps more often than I ever have before. I have always been interested in eating a healthy diet and preparing my own meals, but it was never a huge hobby of mine. The house I currently live in has a great, huge kitchen. I saw a very good friend of mine tonight, he let me hang at his place for all of those hours I was waiting on my ride. He gave me a very nice, professional picture of him from his teenage years, and on the back he wrote "To Melissa, one of the best friends I have." My Uncle whom I lived with in both California and Arizona is very ill. He has had Hep C for over 20 years (used to work in the medical industry and got poked), but only earlier this year became a candidate for a liver transplant. He almost died last night, but is doing ok now. I just spoke with my grandmother and my Aunt (his wife) and I feel a bit ( Read more... ) -
