I went out to Hot Pink and then Transylvania last night with Jonathon after getting a call out of the blue at just the right time last night (I was bored out of my mind). Hot Pink was the usual. We were there hella early and hardly anybody was around, but it started to pick up the later it got, but it was still pretty dead. I saw a few people from

Yeah, I told you Hot Pink hasn't been that great lately. It's that damn continuous dance beat. It killed the Killers!!!

The Faint rocked, by the way. Bright Eyes was merely "meh". I mean, he was pretty good, I just thought he should have opened for the Faint. We were all crazy and hyper from dancing, and all that energy was lost by just standing there and watching Connor, and occasionally bobbing your head or tapping your foot. Plus it cost me $26 to get it, and drinks were hella expensive. ACK!!!

But the Faint rocked. :)

I don't think so. I have the money and all, but I like it that way. I'd like to go, but after all the money I spent on Bright Eyes (I didn't mind spending it on the Faint, but Bright Eyes...), I think I could find better ways to blow all of my cash. Plus, I don't think Alicia cares about going, and I'm hanging with her Friday night.

Go to Transylvania...it's worth a good laugh. I was told to be there for the "dropping of the chains" next time I go. Honestly, I got enough entertainment out of watching the spooky kids bat imaginary drapes and call it dancing to make a night of it.
