I'm so glad Chellie invited me to your journal. This is the first entry I've read of yours, and it reminds me so much of myself. You and I are in similar places. We both have girls waiting for us far away, and we both are in love. It's a beautiful place to be.

I completely agree with you. It's a beautiful place to be, but one I'd rather be in with her right here next to me. I'm sure you feel the same. How far are you from your girl? It's a 5 hour drive from here to Chellie, but that's still 5 hours too far.

My drive is 10 hours.

But if things work out the way I'm planning, I'll be moving my daughter and myself to Dallas in a few months. Then I'll be an easy 3.5 hour drive from where she lives.
