It's always hard to sit at my desk and try to remember anything about the immediate past. Like what happened, or didn't, yesterday. There's always so much about the now that needs my attention! But I will give it a go

She really is enjoying my old sewing machine, more than I probably ever would! And while I dabbled years ago, I don't know enough to help her now.

I started teaching myself when I was about that age. Her best tool is probably a really good seam ripper! =)
