What's the difference between Himylayan and regular backyard berries?

It depends on what kind of berries you have in your backyard. Most people (at least in Oregon, Washington and Northern Californian) have Himylayan blackberries in their backyard. They're not a native species. They're the Pacific Northwest's version of Kudzu, only tastier. Although, I've heard that baking with Kudzu flour generates a pretty tasty product.
