I am really happy I was curious and came to your journal. I found it by way of .. saucy something or other. heh.

I have been wanting to see a rolfer for over 10 years now and never have. i have some curves in my spine and i am convinced that a rolfer will be able to help me feel more centered.. aligned.. and generally better overall.

What is a typical session like? Tell me all about it! .. please! :)
