The Chart

I forget to look at my astrological chart every now and then. It's often nice to get in that headspace that allows a person to be a bit hypersensitive to the movement of the planets. That and, I always get this way around meteor shower time for some reason. In my chart, I love the initial juxtaposition of Pisces and Capricorn. It's nice being

Out of curiosity...
would you say you find meaning in all that?

I don't know if "meaning" is the appropriate term. In fact, I think quite often the astronomical information is incorrect. What I do see in astrological charts is an aggregation of centuries of observations of human personality traits and expression. It's a record of pattern, that does contain some "meaning", I suppose. But, I prefer to think of it as more data. Separated from the whole of the data set, it is meaningless.

That's a really great response...
I think it's something I've sort of been interested in, but nothing really
ever convinced me to really get out there and explore it. It's intriguing to see how other people respond to it.
