You know those suburbs where the crime rate is kinda dodgy? Well, it looks like they might be the cheapest areas to buy... and by cheap, I mean within a regular person's price range. :P

It sure ain't getting any better, believe me! The only way we can make it easy on ourselves financially is if we try to sell our rental house and hope the owners don't find out. :D
