Recently I tried to sleep with specific crystals in a pouch under my pillow. The first night was interesting because I had dreams like I used to. The following nights though, I had horrible dreams that basically scared the shit out of me. I finally just buckled down and asked God for help in letting my problems go. I was strangely at peace today and things that would have normally sent me into a blind rage didn't. I am reading this book on how to meet your spirit guides/ guardian angels. It starts off with how to meet your guardian angel and so far it is an amazing read. All seems to be going well with me. I was finally able to get my altar together and whenever I sit in front of it I am filled with such peace. It makes me extremely happy. I have my oracle decks, candles, inscense and some pictures that I can meditate upon. It's really nice. ^_ ( Read more... )
