I really, really liked this. It's something that I could see fleshed out into a B plot of an episode. Very, very nice!

This is a lovely piece of work, a very convincing encounter between these two characters. It is an excellent portrayal of the relationship between them,not least the fact that they always find that common thread to cling onto in spite of all the difficulties between them.

Thank you for providing me with something which has really brightened a very miserable October afternoon.

As always, your writing is beautiful. I really enjoyed this piece. Your rich characterizations are very beautiful, and make for a really poignant and believable conversation between these two. I also love the subtlety of your subtext here.

And of course, the ending. I think that's one of my favourite lines in the show: "it’s not just enough to survive...". I hope that they find a way to come full circle in show as you've so beautifully created for us here. Great work :)
