my help_haiti thread is here! YAY. I felt bad about not doing anything, even though I'm running out of time, so I decided to at least offer up some fanart/OC sketches to anyone who wants them. starting bid is $10, so quite cheap. ^^

Yay hair tutorial! That's kind of sort of how I do mine, most of the time, except with fewer steps because I AM TEH LAZEH. You should do a skin tutorial next; whenever I draw skin it ends up coming out flat-looking and bleh.

Heeeee, ickle Morgana and Arthur are so cute! SO CUTE. Arthur's not exactly trying that hard either though... it's as if some older relative was all "do that adorable thing where you make funny faces again!" and they were like "oh, THIS again? ugh." *huggles them*

hahaha, I think even this tute has a simplified number of steps.. it boggles the mind how some artists manage to put so much detail into hair, idek. @_@ skin's another one of those things I just make up as I go along, I know there are supposed to be proper techniques like start with the darkest colour first blah, but that never works for me. XD maybe I'll give it a go -- doing the hair one def helped me make the method concrete in my head.

SO TRUE. but only when Uther's not around of course, because he would not be down with that shit.
