if i could create art like this you better believe i'd be studying art and doing my best to make it my career! please, please go for it!

i LOVE, love, love the RDJ sketch, and the crazy mix of colors that fit his personality so completely. I also love Samuel St. Avery and how his personality so clearly lands somewhere between Draco Malfoy and Chuck Bass in my head.

But that "Study in Scarlet" scene is just amazing. I love all of these (the two gorgeous OCs that remind me a bit of an AU Bradley/Colin), but the dazed and fascinated way Watson is staring at Holmes's blood testing puts that one over the top as number one for me.

phwoar. *encouraged* gotta get through this year first, and then we'll see what happens. I have absolutely no experience with traditional mediums, so that's going to be my main hurdle so far I think. :D

thanks for the comment! <3 it's pretty obvious from the get-go that Holmes has one of those irresistibly magnetic personalities, so I figured that that expression would be appropriate for Watson (sort of a step down from my reaction, which would be more like HOLY CRAP WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU DOING YOU CRAZY PERSON XD).

I hope so too. I don't really have the money for it which is going to be a problem, but I'll work it out somehow. @_@ art sounds like it'll be a hell of a lot of hard work, but in the end very rewarding, personally.

thank you bb! and don't rush *too* much, we don't want you to have an accident! ^^ <3

Oh, wow! So much art to feast on! :DDD

My favorites are the underwater one and the 2 OCs one. ♥

I adore pieces that work with negative space. And it's perfect for the floating underwater feel. Plus such gorgeous color work. ♥ the orange-tinted blues and the blue-tinted oranges. And the girl is lovely~

I just love boys who sink into each other with a tangle of limbs! ♥♥♥♥♥ The hand over the hearts!!! Totally loving the color palette here and the boys' elegant features.

Just... it's all amazing work. You'll have my support in whatever makes you happy! ♥

YESS I love to put lots of space in art pieces! it feels like the visual equivalent of taking a deep breath. and great for conveying depth as well (also, I have to worry less about details and backgrounds XD).

fufu, in the end we all just want someone to tangle limbs with. <3 thank you darling!
