So I might've neglected to mention that I was in HK/Taiwan for the past few weeks, which would explain why I dropped off the face of LJ. ^^

Apart from that, I basically have nothing to post, except that on the advice of my sister and flecalicious I have finally caught up on Misfits, which is JUST AS BRILLIANT AS EVERYONE SAYS IT IS

Yeah, they could've handled it a little better, but on balance it was all pretty fun! Shelter's next on my list, then Prayers for Bobby -- and recommended if you haven't seen them are Latter Days, My Beautiful Laundrette, Plan B, Bishonen (OMG DANIEL WU ♥♥♥) aaand.. um um.. I Love You Phillip Morris? That one was pretty cute ^^ I'm sure there's loads more I've missed but yeah REC ME IN RETURN OMG. I AM ALSO ALWAYS UP FOR MORE.

Have you seen Dreamboy? It's kind of awful, but SOOO pretty and the music is brilliant. Dare is just about the most AWKWARD, painful movie I've ever seen in my life, but it's GOOD. But ouch. But good. I like to think it's AU Arthur's lifestory before he met Merlin. THAT HAS TO BE IT because watching it like it's an M/A/G threesome makes something inside of me die a little.

Except, idk -- okay here's the thing, I dl'ed Plan B but the only available English subtitles for it are atrocious, so I can only claim to have an 80% grasp of the storyline, so from what I can tell, Laura was a two-timing bitch therefore != my image of Gwen. PLEASE ENLIGHTEN ME IF THIS WAS NOT THE CASE. :(
