Several times, Jocasta. And painted us properly, too. I don't think he'd sell that, though. He seems to regard it as a kind of trophy.

He has that way of smiling when you see his fangs flashing. The whole thing amuses him a lot, now. He's got his money, and I haven't. And he's even got some of mine now. What I paid for the painting, I mean.

Still, we ARE alive.

Yes, and we look really bad in that drawing. Not ugly bad, but pale and frightened bad. So not a moment of professional triumph. At least not for the three of us. Seems to be for him, though.

Oh, I remember that smile...

I see. He immortalized our moment of embarrassment in art. One can see why he'd want it as a trophy. Must amuse him quite a bit, I should think. At least he's not showing it in public.

Could I see the picture sometime, sir? I rather want to see just how bad it is...

You can, Jocasta. I will put it on the PC tomorrow. Can't be much different from putting iconographs on the PC.

Oh, he probably will show it in public, too. Or at least to everyone who comes to see his paintings. And it amuses him. Really does. Makes him smile that smile a lot.
