Every time I go have an adventure in Boston, I seem to get more of an adventure than I bargained for. It was going to be just a little walk through Boston to the Causeway and back through Cambridge, but that changed when I got to the Causeway. Things I have learned today, partial list:
  1. The Causeway is cars-only. No pedestrians. :(

Those are some exciting light post...but what good is a sidewalk that is marked no pedestrians and no bicycles?

There was a third thing that was disallowed, but I can't remember what it was. Rollerblades or dogs would be my guesses.

Eventually I remembered the Charles River Skate Park and suspected that was part of it. It looks like approximately the same location, but the Skate Park isn't actually built yet. Maybe the sidewalk will one day lead to the park, but for now they don't want kids tramping around a construction area.

Or maybe they'll never take down the sign, and falling off your skateboard will therefore be prohibited in the park.
