I've made an interesting and sexist observation while working at this gift shop: most men that take clothes off of racks neatly put them back where they found them, whereas most women just jam the clothes back onto the rack often in an area far from where they got them.  i noticed this the first day but gave it a few weeks to average out and see

the woman who folded every shirt like she worked there probably had worked in retail before. since working in retail, i am super careful about folding everything when i put it back. it takes fifteen seconds and is considerate.

kidding. i actually agree with you. women are heartless and waaaaay unsympathetic towards the barely-above-minimum-wage retail worker and will stampede through the table of shirts you just refolded ten minutes before closing. or be complete bitches when you say there's no more stock in that size (personally you, because you sew all the clothing and didn't make enough of their size just to spite them).

retail workers. only one step away from fast-food first job purgatory.
