This has been some of the worse few days that I can remember. I do not know what to feel right now. My apartment in Mobile is fine. Minor tree damages in the area, and we lost power and still do not have power as I am typing this. The Mobile area looks pretty bad. You can not go anywhere in the city and not see damage to buildings and trees

I'm horrified to hear that so many close to me have lost loved ones, homes, and livelihoods. If you need anything at all, let me know, and I'll see what I can do for you.

well i did get in touch with my parents...they are staying with a coworker my dad works with because they cannot live in that house anymore...it is a huge mess over there and there is really nothing i can do about it....good to hear from someone though

Let me know if you need any help rebuilding your house, fixing things up around there, etc. My dad's a minister, and he's been getting relief groups together, and we hope to go down there in a few months. He was planning on checking with the Red Cross to see what the needs are, but if i can find enough people i know who need help, we might just spend the days helping those closest to me. (And i'd get to see all my buddies from Mobile.)
