I guess this is the year when I'm supposed to learn about how to deal with death. First my grandma. Weird coincidence: A guy from Alana's school died in a car crash, and his favorite band/song was Dispatch's "The General," which they played at his funeral for the school. So now whenever she hears that song, she thinks of that moment.

Sorry you have to be going thru this buddy. You seem to have known this person better than I knew the girl who committed suicide a few floors down from me, but I can only imagine how weird it is to be in that place right now. If you need someone to listen to you, you know my number.

I was listening to that song because that was one of the onds Bryn played on guitar that we sang to.
