Hounding

Who: Kevin + anyone who dares
When: Afternoonish
Where: Miss Macy's shop
What: She's dead. Kevin is Not Happy.

Kevin walked down the street in Summer's Eve, heading toward Miss Macy's. He wanted to get something to eat. This morning, he'd gone out Hunting for yet another soul. Going home, he needed something to munch on.

He shoved a gloved hand through too long hair. Needed to get it trimmed up a bit.

Kevin shoved on the door to Miss Macy's and scowled when it was locked. Miss Macy never locked her door. Not when the shop was open. Kevin walked around the shop and found the back door unlocked. The garden wasn't disturbed, and it smelled like the ovens were on.

That meant Miss Macy should be open.

He pushed open the back door. "Miss Macy?" Kevin called, cautiously stepping into the kitchen. The ovens were on, but it didn't smell like there was anything in them.

"Miss Macy?" He called again, stepping through to the store.

He found her. "Miss Macy!" Kevin ran over and dropped next to her. He gently turned her over. "Miss..." He stopped as graying brown hair fell back away from her face --

And the very distinct bite marks on her neck.

Kevin carefully laid her out on the floor and gently smoothed away hair from her face. "Ya gonna be back." He whispered into her ear. Then he got to his feet, and yanked off the long sleeved shirt he always wore, leaving him in his t-shirt. He folded it neatly and set it on the bakery display case.

One glove was stuffed into his pocket and he let himself out of the shop. The growl crawled up his throat, and he stalked away from Miss Macy's. When one of the people of the town said something, Kevin grabbed them by the throat and slammed them against a wall. "Where. Are. They?" He growled, his eyes blackening as his Hound powers began to surface.
