It's bad to get hammered before going to the gym? Who knew? Hehe. Once in my Fitness Walking class last semester, Ben and I contemplated getting completely trashed before going (it was a 4pm class -- plenty of time to drink beforehand!), but we too got the impression that it might have been frowned upon.

I agree that something called "Dance Fusion" might be a bit daunting... the name's kind of funny though, not sure why. I thought of you this past weekend when I went home... Mom drug me to the gym with her and then later we went out to dinner/for drinks and we played this cool computer trivia game... I was the champ of three different rounds before we left for the night. You would have loved it, and together we would have kicked SO MUCH ASS!
