It is apparent that the mind, either consciously or subconsciously, is not always on "same page" as the body, or vice versa. This is what seems to cause a change in feelings, emotions, and/or attitude. This is clearly identifiable when, such as your case, you are obviously having a wonderful time, but your mind or body aren't responding they way you would think they would.
While I do not know what causes this, nor do I know if this idea is even remotely close to being correct, what I do know is that a majority of the time it is unavoidable.
I am familiar with similar situations and I have learned that "letting it out" tends to work. However not everyone can achieve that in the same manner. It would be up to you to find out what works best for you. Let me know if there is anything I can do to help.
you hit the nail on the head, bro.. it's just something triggers in the mind that i can't prevent. chemical imbalance? who knows. all i know is it's far out of my hands.
thanks.. glad to know other people know what it's like too :D
Chemical imbalance is just something doctors say to try and explain things they know nothing about. While there is the possibility that it could be a chemical imbalance, its not something I buy.
The reason I don't believe it's a "chemical imbalance" is the fact that too many people have experienced the same thing, and I don't like to think that there could be that many people walking around with a chemical imbalance.
I believe that the mind and body aren't completely understood and therefore almost impossible to control. One thing I have realized is that if you can "let it out" a greater understanding of one's self can and is be achieved.
