Can anyone recommend a good website builder tool? I am just about ready to firebomb the makers of Dreamweaver. It is the most glitchy program I've ever used. zdfghsdfh jxcgn

well, the thing is, i design using photoshop first so i already know exactly how things should work. dreamweaver just likes to give me a hard time.
the problem with dreamweaver is that you have to adjust your design to be a bit off, just so it looks right when you preview it in a browser.
like, i will set the text to be a very specific distance away from a border or graphic, etc. But when i preview it, the distance is either a lot bigger or a lot smaller than how i designed it. so i have to actually go into the program and compensate by making my design look completely off.
it also has a weird tendancy to just suddenly go beserk. for instance, right now i'm working on a layout with three different columns. whenever i add text to any of the columns, the entire layout shifts either to the left or right even though the text boxes have been set to wrap. so basically, everytime i paste something new into the layout, i have to re-adjust everything. and sometimes it locks so i can't even change anything.
on an un related note, i had a dream last night that you and kim smeared some sort of sandwhich all over this truck i was driving. this somehow caused huge scratch marks on my jacket. then you followed me into my aunt's place and stretched out on her couch. mean while i had to wipe sandwhich smear off her truck inards.
julie, we need to further our script writing sessions. you just gave me a hilarious idea for a show...
just exactly what happened in your dream. someone scratching the main character of the show's car and the character freaking out and looking at his jacket only to find the scratches penetrated the car surface and only appear on the jacket.
it's the idea of transferable damage. you can punch someone in the eye, but actually give them a bruise on some hidden organ inside their body. and the victim will have to go to tons and tons of hospitals for tests just to find out what organ you secretly damaged.
