I'm currently writing my Undergraduate thesis and I can definitely relate to this.
I resolved to be a "swooper" first and then to make sense of what I have afterwards, but every word is like pulling teeth. The anxiety caused by the idea of "Writing My Thesis" is completely paralyzing!
But anyway, just being aware of those distinctions will probably prove to be useful.

i'm totally comforted by the idea that other people share my struggle for perfection.

i love to accomplish writing, but it is always a struggle to do it well.

there's also a weird point you get to where you can't tell if somethings good or not. Sometimes I get to the point where I stare at a sentence for so long it stops making grammatical sense
