well well well lets see the last few days have been boring but last nite i stayed wit astape orlando and ryan we was trippin till about 3 in da morning then went to sleep woke up lifted weights im gettin buff now cause i can lift a lot more than i use to could and then went to tha sinks (swimming place in pots creek) wit danial and astape ryan and
