This morning I got bored and thought to myself "why not go make my lj styles for all those lucky, lucky paid members out there?" So that is exactly what I did.
Voila.

I got your 1st layout and tweaked with it
to customize it for mcvries.
She's using it now, but
I can't seem to fix the currents thing.

It messes up the entries section. =/
We took it off, but is there
a way to put it back there?

Agh, the code totally screwed up the page. :x I made the style public, you can tweak with it if you want. The style ID is 437365. :)

this is probably going to sound like a very stupid question but i just got my paid account and dont know how to use it yet...anyway....how do i use these layouts....like where do i enter the style number

First of all make sure you're using style system 1 (s1). Do that by going here. Then go to create a style and type the layout number in the "Most Recent Events" section.

I hope I explained that clearly :/

whenever i do that it just says error and then theres a little button that says edit style
