Dad called from Shreveport today, it seems ZoneAlarm v6 was not allowing IE to access the world wide web. One thing I absolutely hate is helping people trouble shoot over the phone, especially when it involves computers. A 5 minute fix can take hours to solve; only because the other side doesn’t know what to look for
