I'm flying, I'm flying down through the air...i see my robe follow me down, follow me down to my red grave.

If our characters lived in a world made of cotton I'd be more eager to cast myself from these dizzying heights, but somehow you're right. Low level D&D characters have no business travellin in dangerous high places. Then again low level casters should have a Magic Plastic Bubble to keep them safe through the young years.

We don't know that she was a Medusa...no metagaming! (unless you're contesting for a slot in the Metagaming Olympics).

feh. lets see you pay an avark and have somebody cast "impossable task, FLIGHT" on you as you are about 300feet in the air.
