Viruses have been running a muck[ery] for a while now. First me for a moment, on monday, but it was shrugged as a false alarm. Then Ben the next morning for three full days. It's funny to me that people feel that carbohydrates are "unhealthy" or fattening. So American. I suppose people think that a mouth full of brie and italian sausage is the better alternative -

Just after I said my "good-night" to Ben the other night, this overwhelming silence draped over me. Lately my thoughts have been fluttering chaotically. Like watching cells multiply, it's all going too fast to keep focus on any one thought.

I was blessed, recently, to have the rare experience of gathering my most loved and treasured companions and surrounding us with the most beautiful spring blooms Los Angeles could offer.
