At Con I had a very profound experience that let me know it was time to return to some very important work that I had been taking a break from.  I have been working with Freyr in that regard, and I have been inviting him and Odin into my dreams to help me with that work, with some really potent results.  Of course in the dream they are just casual

Hey Puck, this year Winter Camp (Freya's Clan) invited Freyr to camp with us. I've never really worked with him...the who meat-eating exercise fan, does not appeal to me. Nevertheless, I had very powerful moments with him and his magic.

I think is is interesting that you are thinking about Astral Projection, whilst you work with the King of the Elves and the the Twin of the Keeper of Siedr. Perhaps seidr is a technique that would resonate within your body.
