So I started my big girl, adult, degree driven career today. 7 am - 330pm I basically just shadowed the supervisor and I will be doing just that for 5 more shifts at the house before I can be on my own and be considered part of the ratio

It is called Key Program, Inc for troubled youth...I work at a house on Chestnut street near Baystate Hospital working with teenage girls 12-17 yrs old that live there.
