I'm getting sick. This is a big problem. I don't have time to be sick. Being sick is just no fun, plus my cough is kinda painful. Oh well I'm dealing. I can't wait for Thanksgiving break. It will be so nice to come home and see everyone. Plus I don't have to do the drive myself.

So i really dislike medical doctors. They told me i was going to be on crutches for a while and my ankle would take 4-6 weeks to heal. Well I live in one of the two non-handicap accessible dorms. And im in theater and dance, and i can't stay off my ankle for a month. I was freaking out because i didn't have a regular backpack, only a shoulder bag ( Read more... )

So i have a sprained ankle and am in a lot of pain. All i did was sit funny in class. I was sitting on the floor in a miniskirt, which i never wear but it was for a scene, so the only way to sit was with my knees over to the side with my feet underneath. So mom has decided im depressed and broken hearted. I made an appointment to see the school therapist today. I don't know if im either depressed or broken hearted but im certainly feeling pretty down and unfocused/out of it. So I have fall break Oct. 12-17 and they lock the dorms so therefore i will be home. Well actually i could stay if i really wanted because i'm an RA but the point is I will be home. So on Thursday in Acting class we went frolicking outside. We played this game called school of fish where you have to move as a group. We ran past groups of people and through buildings, including the library, getting lots of strange looks which of course as theater kids only fueled us to want to act crazier. It was so much fun. So most of my residents have moved in, its pretty exciting. I only have 15 and i know all but four of them. Its going to be a really good year. I went on rounds for the first time last night. It was much easier and faster then i expected, we got through the building in 7 minutes. And apparently East is usually quiet which makes my job a lot easier ( Read more... )
