they're healing nicely -- but it makes a *great* story -- even if i will have a scar on my ear. :)

well, he was in lots of serious pain and didn't know what was going on. *i* certainly wouldn't be very nice if i were hanging by one broken fingertip. it's not like they attacked with no provocation or anything like that. so no grudges held on my part. and now they're back to their old sweet selves, so no harm done (much. :) ).
