Basilius Cathedral looks like a giant child's toy....love it. And GUM. My grandfather spoke fluent Russian, and we had several sets of those dolls that I used to play with when I was a child. (no I don't have Russian ancestors)

Yes globalisation is unstoppable......they all look healthy and slim in your McDonald's pic.......if they keep eating there then they won't be for long.:-) Thank you for showing us a bit of Moscow Puddy, I enjoyed and will visit there one day.

Yes, another cathedral made of marzipan. Those little dolls are great. There are some which get so tiny and still can be opened with another even more tiny doll in it. Cute.

McDo is just another place for them - the only restaurant so far where you can get food very fast. But they eat mostly fish and other healthy stuff, so I guess they might stay slim after all ;)
