Back to school!

First conference today - back in the hell house. No timetables - we had to work something out for next week ourselves again. After that I went to my classroom, carrying and pushing tables and chairs to make it presentable. Man, that furniture was dirty - but I absolutely refused to clean it. They actually expected us to bring a bucket and cloth

Whaaat, you are back at work already? (You and Pirate though you are in the same country, have such different holiday times.) *LOL* I don't think Hollywood is all it's made out to be Puddy. :-)

I know, I am actually too good for Hollywood. I just used it as a synonym for my career as a character actress. *rofl*

Yes, very different holiday times. And this year we start work when the "heat is on." *lol* Not very clever...

Hmmm, it is weird to work in all the sunshine though - and so hot in my classroom under the roof.

Anyway, those storms are frightening the way they have increased in Europe. The pictures we got from France on the news yesterday were horrible.

They did clean - and the cleaning people double cleaned. But somehow the chairs and tables which were newly transported to my room were/are covered in chalk dust and some kind of oily smear. I don't care anymore. May the parents complain with my boss if they must ;)
